Lockdown was a test map I submitted to Raven Software. Raven Software supplied me with a one page design overview with a few images of key reference.
I set to learning the COD4 Mod tools while collecting reference and planning my own version of the level. The concept art inspired me to create a fully realized large scale island. I began turning the level into a Single Player experience in order to better learn Call of Duty’s powerful GSC scripting language.
Eventually I turned in two versions of the level, one that could be ran in Multiplayer and one that ran in Single Player with scripting that including a vehicle fast rope entry and combat.
